Abstract: Michael B. Jordan has put an eight-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom, 12,300-square-foot home back on the market for $12,998,000 after buying it in Encino, California, in May 2022.

The home, built in 2021, was upgraded by approximately $500,000 after the 'Creed' star snapped it up.

Located in the upscale gated community of Royal Manor, this modern mansion features calming tones and luxurious amenities.

Huge sliding doors on the ground floor provide indoor and outdoor flow.

The lower level is all about entertaining with a home gym, dipping pool, soundproofed home cinema, wine cellar, games room and wet bar.

There is even a lift for moving up and down, plus an office, multiple laundry points and a storage room.

Upstairs, the main suite includes two bathrooms and a huge walk-in wardrobe that wouldn't look out of place in a retail shop.

At the back, there is a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, cabanas, a two-storey guesthouse and an area dedicated to massages.

In addition to his on-screen success, the award-winning actor also has an extensive television career with roles in All My Children, The Wire and Friday Night Lights.
