Abstract: Dr. Dre's West Coast real estate collection is jaw-dropping.

The rapper and record producer, whose name is Andre Young, has been a staple of the music industry for over 30 years.

He made his debut in 1992 with the smash hit Deep Cover.

Since then, Dr. Dre has built a successful solo rap career, launched his own label, launched the careers of rappers Eminem and Snoop Dogg, and co-founded Beats Electronics.

Along the way, he has also built a large real estate portfolio.

The Grammy winner listed one of his homes in Pacific Palisades, California, for $2.65 million in December and already has a pending offer.

He bought the four-bedroom home in 2019 for $2.25 million.

The 3,102-square-foot home was built in 1997 and is located in the gated Summit Club community.

According to the listing, the home has been impeccably updated and boasts a spacious kitchen with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and a center island.

The living room has a gas fireplace and built-in cabinetry. Upstairs there is a master suite, as well as three additional bedrooms. The ceilings are vaulted and wide plank oak floors run throughout the home.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this 2-acre property has plenty of room for outdoor entertaining.

The sale includes a membership to the Summit Club, which has a pool, sports courts, tennis and gym.

The rapper also found a buyer for his six-bedroom mansion in Calabasas, Calif.

He bought the 9,378-square-foot property four years ago for $4.9 million and listed it last month for $6.1 million.

It sold for the full price.

The home was built in 1997 and is located in the gated community of Mountain View Estates.

Dr. Delay recently updated the home, investing more than $1 million to transform it into a showplace, according to the listing.

Luxury finishes include wide-plank light oak floors, a media room, a whole-house sound system and a salon.

A master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a wrap-around balcony.

Outside, the private lot has a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, a basketball court and an eight-car garage.

The musician's beachfront property in Malibu, California is still for sale for a whopping $20 million.

The modern mansion sits directly on Capone Beach and was built in 1993.

It offers 8,843 square feet of living space.

The three-story home has an open floor plan.

A main suite is on the top floor with a fireplace, living room and waterfront views.

The spa bathroom has an oversized soaking tub and sauna.

The Compton native purchased the Pacific Coast Highway home in 1998 for $4,085,000.

In 2011, it went on the market for $11 million and is available for rent.

Since then, the home has been on the market for sale and has seen varying price increases.

It was relisted in November.
